The word “Laché,” commonly used in parkour, means “to let go.” And this is what Laché Movement Co. encourages: to let go of fear, let go of doubt, let go of excuses, let go of the preconceived notions of what your body can and cannot do.
Through the aerial arts, pole, parkour, and more, Laché is a place to learn, grow, and express creative, confident movement in a safe and expertly-led environment in Austin, Texas.
