SMS Terms of Service
Laché Movement Co. provides several different communication channels for our clients and general consumers to contact and communicate with our business, including but not limited to email, text messaging/SMS, and phone calls.
By starting a text conversation with Lache Movement Co at 512-662-1483, you consent to receive conversational messages from Lache Movement Co. These messages may include responses to your inquiries or other messages you send.
Message frequency may vary. On average, you may receive 0-3 messages per week.

After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, as mentioned above you can log text us directly and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

We utilize Wellness Living (https://www.wellnessliving.com) and GoTo (https://www.goto.com) as our primary storage locations of user data, and have ensured each maintains significant encryption and and access control to protect your data.

We do not knowingly collect or use personal data from children under 13 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 years of age, the personal data will be deleted as soon as possible. If a child under 13 years of age has provided us with personal data their parent or guardian may contact our privacy officer.
