ACROYOGA

Though "Acroyoga" might sound like a contradiction, it's actually a beautiful blend of partner acrobatic movement with the balance and stability of yoga. One of the neatest things about acroyoga is the opportunity to learn to work with another person, or bond with a friend or partner. Just like all of our level 1 courses, no experience is needed and you can bring a buddy to learn with or meet training partners in class.

  • Come try out a beginner-friendly introduction to Acroyoga!  Acroyoga is a combination of yoga and partner acrobatics, where you work on building the balance, strength, and trust in your own body, as well as trust in others to be able to do amazing things!

  • This class covers more skills built on level 1!

    • Authentic relating games

    • Stretch & warm up to work your core

    • Learn next level ninja skills of Acroyoga

    • Create a flow of moves (quality of movement)

    • Thai massage cool down!

    Prerequisites

    • Bird

    • Throne

    • Backbend

    • Straddle bat

    • Star

  • Aimed at practitioners with a basic knowledge of acro who are interested in adding a dynamic edge to their practice. Focused on exploration of movement and weight sharing.

    Pre-reqs: Comfort basing and/or flying half high, side-star and star. 15 second handstand with a spotter or against the wall.

  • This is geared towards acro practitioners who already have a solid understanding of the fundamentals and are looking to level up their practice in a safe, focused and goal oriented environment. There will be an opening circle followed by a brief skill share demonstration and open training.

    The main goal is to utilize the tools of the space such as spring floors, high ceilings, lines and shared spotting to help each other find meaningful and safe ways to train dynamic and standing skills.

TUMBLING

Whether you’ve always wanted to try Gymnastics, are wanting to get back into it, or you’re growing your skill set, come join this fun energetic class!

Each class will start with getting you moving through a full body warmup, then reviewing various tumbling skills with the difficulty adjusted based on who’s in class that day. If you’re lucky class will end with some nice conditioning for those muscles.

Our experienced coaches will help you refine your technique, conquer advanced moves like aerials, back handsprings, and more. Join this inclusive and empowering community, where you'll thrive alongside fellow tumblers and create lasting bonds while conquering thrilling tumbling challenges.   • In Level 3, you'll explore the art of connecting skills, creating seamless combinations that showcase your mastery of tumbling. Variations on body positions will challenge your creativity and control as you twist, turn, and flip through the air. Whether you're tackling twisting skills in running tumbling or mastering the finesse of standing tumbling, this class offers a well-rounded approach to advanced tumbling techniques. But that's not all; trampoline work becomes a thrilling part of your repertoire. You'll learn to use the trampoline to enhance your flips and twists, adding a whole new dimension to your skills.

    Our instructors utilize line drills, stations, and cross tumbling circuits to ensure a comprehensive and challenging training experience. These methods not only refine your technique but also improve your stamina and agility.

HANDSTANDS

Whether you’ve never experienced inversions or feel totally at home in them, this class is for you! This small, all level class will start with some serious conditioning and then one on one coaching based on where you are in your practice! Let’s do some handstands!

  • This intro class is designed for those who have never tried inversions before or need a refresher before moving on to more advanced variations. This small class will start with some serious conditioning and then one on one coaching based on where you are in your practice!

  • Let's develop a handstand program specific to your current handstand goals, 

    that will also support your future development

    What we will focus on in the class:

    • Refining your handstand line

    • Working holds in various shapes (Tuck, Straddle, Pike, Full, Diamond, Frog … etc)

    • Working transitioning from various shapes (i.e. Tuck to Full, Tuck to Straddle)

    • Preparing for Press handstands

    • Preparing for One arm handstands (for those who can hold at least 30 secs in a straight body handstand)

TRAMPOLINE

Bounce your way to fun while increasing your overall body awareness, strength, and stamina! In this class, we’ll cover basic trampoline skills to more advanced twists and revolutions. Trampoline provides a great aerobic workout while developing new skills.
