Membership Hold Policy

At Lache Movement Co, we understand that unexpected situations such as major illness or injury may arise. While we want to support our members during difficult times, all membership hold requests must follow the guidelines outlined below which are subject to management discretion:

Eligibility

Membership holds are reserved for unexpected major illnesses, injuries, or other life events that prevent participation in classes or training.

Minimum Duration

Generally all membership holds must be for a minimum of one month. Shorter holds typically are not due to major or unexpected issues and are up to management discretion.

Request Process

Requests must be sent to info@lachemove.com and may take a few days to be implemented. Any queries or assumptions we have about your hold needs will be emailed, and if you do not reply to confirm or adjust we will assume you are amenable to our suggestions.

Effect on Membership and Billing

While your membership is on hold, it will be treated as if it does not exist. This means the hold pauses the billing cycle and will adjust your future billing date accordingly. You will not have access to open gym or classes through your membership during this period.

End Date Requirement

All hold requests must include a clear end date. We do not allow indefinite or open-ended holds.

Extensions

You may request one extension to the original hold by emailing lache, subject to approval. Additional extensions will not be granted.

Early Reactivation

If you are ready to return before your scheduled end date, you may email lache to reactivate your membership early.
