What’s the fastest, most fun way to get from here to there? Parkour, of course! Let’s get there quick and Let’s be efficient. We want to minimize our input and maximize that output to over come any obstacle we come across. While parkour is a physical sport, commitment and courage are key to progress -something that helps in everyday life.

Our instructors focus on technique and control to effectively move forward with the flash and speed. Parkour builds not only strength, agility, and endurance, but also confidence, concentration, character, and creativity.

  • New to parkour? No problem! Let’s get the foundations started in our Level 1 class. We will start with building core strength, moving focus to arms for swinging and to legs with some plyometrics in mind. Jumping, landing, and rolling are our focus in level 1. We top out level 1 with wall-runs, beginner vaults, laches, and wall scaling.!

  • Looks like you want to go a little harder. After you got level 1 down, we start jumping farther and higher. Scale 8ft walls to top out. All the gaps you were hitting low, we will take them up the pillars. We will work you up towards precision jumps to rails and Laché from bar to bar at greater distances.

  • Pre Reqs: Have a desire to flip, and proficiency with all level 2 skills. Level 3 requires instructor permission to enroll.
